New babies ♥

Discovery of the day: "Marilyn" shoe by Terra Plana, a brand that only uses natural and recycled material for their shoe production. Plus the leather is buttery soft which makes these heels so comfortable. And of course, best of all they look simply beautiful :D Found at Dajka in Berlin-Kreuzberg while taking a stroll with my man.

I finally got to wear my alternative to black blazer these days, as summer finally decided to take a break and clouds suddenly started to gather around our heads. And even though I quite enjoy summer most of the time, a little bit of cooling down is quite welcome at the moment. And did you notice the collar of my velvet dress? I made it myself and I think it's lovely like this!

Started working last week, even though summer holidays are still up and running. Right now the job is to entertain the kids that are still there and not on holidays with their families. It's nice, the kids are cute and fun and the other teachers are all lovely, as far as I could already get to know them.

Again, my boyfriend took my pictures - what do you think, should he continue doing the job? (in case he wants to ;))

Dance me to the end of love

Today, my man and I took a stroll around Grunewald and its lake, not without me nearly collapsing near the end of our walk, though - I'm such a weakass when it comes to taking longer walks (okay, walking in high heels was my own fault). Anyway, the nature, the weather and the lake were pretty lovely, even though there was no way of accessing the lake for a swim except for the dogs' beach, which we kind of didn't feel like entering, haha.
Still hot outside, so still trying to wear as little as possible to face the heat. Hope everyone is doing well, and let's congratulate my man for having taken my pictures for the first time!

Hello new flat, hello Berlin!

Even if this is far from finished, I felt like sharing some pics of my new place with you guys. And even if we had tons of boxes, bags and stuff in the transporter, seeing it all arranged in my two-room apartment makes me wonder where all the stuff went! Well, looking at the bright side, I'll have loads of room for dancing around all night and day (which I won't, at least not at the moment, the heat is crazy and any movement is one movement too many!)

So let's start the virtual tour of the place in the bedroom (I'll leave out the kitchen and bathroom because they're just not pretty, haha). The bedroom is nearly empty, it only includes a bed (unbelievable, right?) and a closet (far too small one, not even half of my clothes fit in there, so I'll need to buy another one in the near future). Well, and one of my guitars, my prettiest one I'll have to say :)





Well, actually you *could* see a bit of the kitchen, haha.
The other room is my living-room and it doesn't even include a sofa which is too bad because I'd love one but I simply can't afford one right at the beginning so I'll have to wait until at least october! I've arranged some other things in there, though. Just have a look:

Moving in, moving out

I love playing with light, when it shines through delicat fabric, reflects on the leaves, on my hair... summer is so much more fun for taking pictures.

On saturday we'll finally move things to the new flat - more than 350 km away from the old one - crazy! But I can't wait to decorate it all anew and present the final result on here!
Only sad thing is that I won't be able to take pictures with my sister anymore, meaning that I'll have to find a fun to work with photographer in Berlin soon enough. Perhaps I can train by man to do the job as well, we'll see...
Anyway, I hope the new pictures will still turn out as beautiful as the ones my sister used to take. For me, it's not only about the clothes, really. It's about the idea, the accomplishment and the final result of a concept in each series. The surroundings for me are just as important as the shoes, as my hair, as the shades and light spots on the grass...

Germany lost the match against Spain... too bad, I SO wanted our boys to win. But well, Spain was clearly better and I'm looking forward to sunday's final match!
