Remember my first two "Six Reasons" posts? Well, if not, scroll down on the right side and look for the post-label, duh! Anyway, I decided today is a good day for posting my third post of this category. Six reasons (which would be a cool name for a clothing brand should I ever get round to finally launch a collection) is mainly focusing on talking about people I adore as persons and their style.
The first two posts featured Irina Lazareanu and Pete Doherty, my two most favourite persons ever (next to Oscar Wilde of who I will certainly make a Six Reasons once day, too!)
But today I chose someone different. Despite me being a bit sceptic of anything Scottish (to all my Scottish readers, don't get offended, I do like you folks a lot!) Kyle MacLachlan caught my eye acting as the quirky and kinda spiritual yet serious and professional Agent Cooper in Lynch's Twin Peaks. As you already know, I went crazy over this series by now. Anyway, I then remembered MacLachlan playing young Jeffrey Beaumont in Blue Velvet, again by David Lynch, watched it and loved it. I quite enjoy how he manages to put some wit into all of his roles. Today I intend to watch The Trial with him playing indeed Josef K., alongside Anthony Hopkins who I adore very much as an actor. I love Kafka very much so I hope I'm not gonna be too disappointed by this film, but we'll see. I never liked him as Orson Hodge in Desperate Housewives by the way, really over the top character.
Well then, I'm off, enjoying a cup of *hot* coffee.
