I just went to work, then downtown to buy the fabrics, at home a Topshop parcel awaited me with a pretty plum coloured knit thingie with black sequins on it, and then I was sewing that dress I was intending to :) Hope to be able to post pics of it soon!
Personally I wouldn't wear skinny leather pants, it's just something I think I couldn't pull off, haha... but one of the very few girls who can with dignity is Gala Gonzales... she's skinny enough for it, too and her combination is just very nice to my eyes:
